| This project included a new 6 million gallon buried concrete reservoir and a 6 MGD (million gallons per day) above grade pumping facility to provide water for the City of Plymouth. Our company handled all phases of this $6 million project, which was completed in the spring of 2006. |

| This 360,000 GPD facility was built in 2006 at a cost of $2.27 million. Water enters the facility from two wells and flows into a 12,000 gallon detention tank. It proceeds through two 64 square foot cleaning cells and then into an 82,000 gallon clearwell tank. All operations are automated through a main control room. |

| This 1 MGD Water Filtration Plant was completed in 8 months at a cost of $3.1 million. Construction began in May of 2004 and the plant was put on line in December of 2004. |

| With its hexagonal shape and exquisite architectural details, this pavilion provided many challenges for our carpenters and stonemasons. The $420,000 building, completed in 8 months, is built on top of an old landfill. |

| This historic Golf Clubhouse was originally built in the 1920's. Magney was selected to repair and replace exterior stonework, patio slabs, windows and doors. The five month project, which had to be completed in the winter months so it would be open for golf in the spring, was done at a cost of $390,000. |
